Please read these Capital Academy Terms of Service carefully. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Capital Academy Education Inc. ("Capital Academy"). They govern your use of a Capital Academy account and the products and services available through it. The terms exempt Capital Academy and others from liability, specify the jurisdiction for dispute resolution, and contain other important provisions. By using a Capital Academy account or any product or service available through it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you cannot register for an account or use any related products or services.

Definitions and Interpretation

1. Binding Agreement: These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Capital Academy. By registering for  an account or using a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the current version of these terms. If you do not agree, you cannot register or use the products.     

2.Definitions:

    Account: A valid account with Capital Academy for using products.     

    Assessment: An assignment, exercise, quiz, or other required tasks for a course.

    Certificate: A certificate from Capital Academy showing successful course completion.

    Course: An online course provided by Capital Academy.

    Course Materials: Videos, files, documents, and assessments provided for a course. 

3.Products: Courses, course materials, and other services provided by Capital Academy.

   Representatives: Capital Academy’s directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other personnel.

   Other Agreements: These terms add to other agreements between you and Capital Academy. If there is a conflict, the other agreements will govern the specific subject matter, and these terms will govern all other matters. 

4.Changes: Capital Academy may change these terms at any time without notice by posting the updated terms on its  website. The changes are effective immediately unless stated otherwise. It is your responsibility to check for updates. By continuing to use your account or products, you agree to the updated terms.

Permitted Users/Use

1.Permitted Users: You cannot register for an account or order products if you are under the age of majority in your   jurisdiction or cannot form a legally binding contract. A parent or guardian may register for you if you are underage. You cannot register if you do not accept these terms, breach these terms, are in a jurisdiction where use is prohibited by law, or if Capital Academy has restricted you. 

2.Permitted Use: You can use your account and products only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, following these terms and applicable laws.

3.General Restrictions: You must not:

   Use your account or products in ways that harm Capital Academy’s systems or data.      

   Collect data from your account or products using automated tools.

   Share or transfer your account or products to others.

   Alter or bypass security features.

   Copy or recreate products using their features.

   Help others do any of the above.

User Information

1. Accurate Information: To create an account or order a product, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You must update it as necessary. Capital Academy may verify the information but is not obligated to do so.You authorize Capital Academy to keep and use your information as needed to provide products and perform its obligations. You are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from false or incomplete information.

2.Communications: You authorize Capital Academy to:

   Accept your communications through its website or email.

   Disclose your communications to affiliates and service providers.

   Respond to your communications as appropriate. Capital Academy may refuse or reverse any communications if they are believed to be fraudulent or defective.

3.Privacy: By accepting these terms, you consent to the collection, use, retention, disclosure, and deletion of your personal information per Capital Academy’s Privacy Policy.
